Refund and cancellation policy

RealASMR Plus is a £3.99 GBP monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. The separate one-time seven-day RealASMR-managed trial needs no payment details and does not renew.

Payment processing with Paddle

Paddle provides secure checkout, payment processing and subscription management as merchant of record. Ezo Connect Ltd remains responsible for the RealASMR service and customer support, subject to applicable law. Checkout shows the price, monthly billing period, renewal terms and cancellation route before payment.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a monthly subscription through the billing-management route provided with the purchase. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Unless a refund or mandatory consumer remedy applies, Plus access continues until the end of the period already paid for. No annual plan is offered at launch.

Refund requests

For a transaction processed by Paddle, contact us at support@realasmr.com with the purchase email address and transaction details, or use the support route shown with the purchase. We assess requests under this policy, the checkout terms and applicable consumer law.

Service problems and incorrect charges

If you are charged incorrectly, charged after a valid cancellation, or cannot access a paid service because of a fault on our side, contact us promptly. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange an approved refund or correct the transaction through Paddle.

Change-of-mind rights

Digital-content and digital-service cancellation rights vary by location and may depend on whether you asked for access to begin immediately. Any consent or acknowledgement required before immediate supply will be presented at checkout. Nothing in this policy removes a cancellation or refund right that applies by law.

How approved refunds are paid

Approved refunds are normally returned through Paddle to the original payment method where available. Bank and card processing times may vary. Ending or refunding a subscription may end Plus access in line with the refund and remedy provided.

Paddle terms and consumer rights

This policy supplements Paddle’s applicable checkout terms and processes. If applicable consumer law provides a stronger right, that stronger right applies.
