Terms of service

These terms govern your use of realASMR.com and its personalised audio-streaming service. The service is operated by Ezo Connect Ltd of La Pouquelaye, St. Helier, Jersey, JE2 3GF.

1. The service

RealASMR lets listeners combine individual recordings—such as whispers, page turning, tapping, fire and ambience—into personalised mixes, and offers selected discovery and community features.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 to create an account. You must be at least 18, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase a subscription. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your email account and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Free, trial and paid access

RealASMR includes a Free tier. RealASMR Plus costs £3.99 GBP per month and provides additional recordings and features. Eligible accounts may start one seven-day RealASMR-managed Plus trial without payment details; it does not renew automatically. The included features and billing terms are displayed before checkout.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Paid Plus subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing-management route provided with your purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. No annual plan is offered at launch. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

5. Permitted personal use

You may stream and combine recordings for your own personal, non-commercial listening. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, you may not copy, capture, download, extract, reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, resell, sublicense, share or make the source audio available to another person. You must not bypass access controls or use automated tools to scrape the service.

6. Intellectual property and audio rights

The website, software, branding, text, artwork, mixes and audio recordings are owned by or licensed to Ezo Connect Ltd. Access to the service does not transfer any intellectual-property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the service or its security, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material, misuse another person’s account or use realASMR in a way that infringes rights or breaks the law.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, replace or remove recordings and features, including during beta testing. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide information and remedies required by applicable law.

9. Wellbeing

realASMR is intended for general relaxation, sleep routines and focus. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use it where listening through headphones would be unsafe, including while driving or operating machinery.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses arising from personal use, or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account where these terms are materially breached, where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders or the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and any available next step.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of your home country. Nothing in these terms restricts a right to use an applicable consumer dispute or court process.
